The Keysight M9471A PXIe frequency extension module is designed to work directly with M9410A and M9411A VXT PXIe vector transceivers to cover frequency range up to 26.5 GHz.

• Unbanded full frequency coverage from 1 MHz to 26.5 GHz
• Support 5G and Wi-Fi advanced test needs with a signal generation and analysis bandwidth of up to 1.2 GHz
• Harmonics measurement and spur search
• Support a wide range of applications using the same measurement application software used in benchtop instruments including PathWave signal generation, X-Series measurement applications, and vector signal analysis software
• Seamless interface to the VXT PXIe vector transceivers
