Product Overview:

The B2985C is the only graphical electrometer that combines high-sensitivity current measurement with a large resistance measurement up to 10 PΩ. Its 4.3” color LCD enables real-time trend analysis and histogram data, enabling quick statistical analysis without a PC. The Setup Integrity Checker software helps diagnose noise sources by comparing different cabling and fixturing setups.

The B2985C enables you to do the following:

• Achieve 0.01 fA (0.01 × 10⁻¹⁵ A) resolution for ultra-sensitive measurements.
• Measure resistances up to 10 PΩ with a 1000 V source.
