The B2981C graphical Femto / Picoammeter is designed for ultra-low current measurements. Its intuitive 4.3″ color LCD displays trend charts and histogram data, enabling quick statistical analysis without a PC. With advanced features to ensure precision and repeatability, it is ideal for sensitive applications.
The B2981C enables you to do the following:
- Achieve 0.01 fA (0.01 × 10⁻¹⁵ A) resolution for ultra-sensitive measurements.
- Measure up to 20,000 readings/s for high-speed data acquisition.
- Reduce the burden voltage to less than 20 μV for minimal signal interference.
- Diagnose noise issues with the Setup Integrity Checker software.
- Enhance usability with auto navigation and a high-performance triaxial cable (1.5 m).
